IDENTIFIED PANDEMIC:
Coronavirus (COVID-19) is a new illness that makes people sick with flu-like symptoms.
This illness spreads easily and can be caught from other people infected with the virus.
This happens when someone sneezes or coughs sending droplets through the air. These can land in the mouth, nose, or eyes of someone nearby, or can be inhaled. People also get infected by touching services where these droplets land then touching their nose, mouth, or rubbing eyes. Some signs of this virus include cough, fever, shortness of breath, and loss of taste. Our workers may have on-the-job exposure to Covid -19 weather at the workplace or in the field (off-site locations). We have implemented this written plan to reduce our worker’s risk of catching and spreading these infections and to respond in a timely manner when an exposure incident occurs.
